By combining one of the most rugged machine frames in the industry with the efficient, tangential technology provided by the CO.ME.S HT 6 surfacing transmission, Sawing System’s 541-CP is a cost effective solution for producing a variety of finishes on materials ranging from granite to concrete. The tangential motion delivered by the HT 6 unit provides a uniform surface free of swirl marks or haze; giving you the ability to provide your customers with only the highest quality finishes. Our basic unit offers complete slab coverage up to 7’ x 12’ and is CNC controlled for a variety of sizes and shapes. The unit can be built to fit your specific needs; for example, a modular tool changer makes the machine fully automatic. You, the customer, also have the option of specifying the amount of gantry travel provided to allow for multiple slab processing. The height of the bridge can be specified by you as well to assure that your specific product will be accommodated. Sawing Systems offers a tilting table to make material handling easy and safe.
